Templates
Customize note structure and formatting to match your specialty and documentation style.
Getting started
Watch it in action
Access templates via the Templates tab on the Visits Home page. Several default templates are available to get started.
You can:
- Click "New Template" to create one from scratch
- Use "Generate from Note" to build a template from an existing note
- Browse the Template Library to discover and import community-contributed templates for your specialty
- Reference the "Template Guide" for best practices
Template features
Templates support:
- Placeholders
- Style instructions
- Signatures
Managing templates
- Delete templates using the trash icon
- Set a default template by clicking the three-dot menu next to a template and selecting "Set as Default"
