It describes how third-party communications vendors power certain telehealth features within the OpenEvidence platform and your agreement to those vendors' terms and privacy practices when you use those features.

By accessing or using OpenEvidence's calling, voicemail, messaging, or fax features, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree that your use of these features is subject to the applicable vendor terms and privacy policies identified below for each product.

These third-party vendors operate independently from OpenEvidence, and OpenEvidence is not responsible for the content of their services, terms, or privacy practices.
