Visit History
View and manage all past visits in one place.
Accessing visit history
Open the Visit History tab on the Visits Home page. In the app, this is also accessible through the Visits tab.
Visits are listed by recency. From this page, you can:
- Assign visits to patients
- Change the associated patient
- Delete visits
- Search visits by summary or patient
